In 2018, Life Plus Style Gourmet, participated in Food Export - Northeast’s Market Access Program (MAP) funded Branded Program as well as multiple Buyers Missions, Focused Trade Missions and Food Show PLUS!™ events. Located in Valley Stream, New York in the 4th Congressional District, Life Plus Style Gourmet was able to continue and grow their export success in a number of new markets.

In June of 2018, Clabber Girl Corporation of Terre Haute, Indiana attended Food Export - Midwest’s Midwest Buyers Mission in Kansas City, Missouri. At the Mission the Indiana Supplier met with nine different international buyers to introduce to them their baking powders and other food ingredient products.

Utilizing the 50% cost reimbursement Branded Program helped Rush Direct defer costs from attending multiple Canadian trade shows.

North Bay Produce from Traverse City, Michigan utilized Food Export’s Branded Program funding in 2017 to increase exports of their blueberries and apples to Japan and Hong Kong. Taking advantage of the 50% reimbursement through the Market Access Program funded Branded Program helped North Bay gain 10 new contacts in Japan and 15 new foreign buyer contacts in Hong Kong.

In 2017, Fortified Nutrition, located in Germantown, Wisconsin, in the 5th Congressional District, utilized Food Export’s Branded Program which assisted in connecting them with a buyer from Canada. In February, they made a sale of their product worth $15,000. This sale also marked their first export sale to Canada.
