Missouri Supplier Utilizes Helpline™ Service

In 2018, BioZyme Incorporated, located in St. Joseph, Missouri, in the 6th Congressional District, registered for Food Export – Midwest’s Helpline™. The Food Export Helpline™ is a free service available to companies where they can ask questions regarding exporting with an industry export, Food Export Counselor, Dennis Lynch.

According to Elishia Carrillo, the International Business Manager at BioZyme Incorporated, “Dennis was instrumental in aiding us with our exporting questions. We contacted Dennis regarding a customer complaint, his advice was solid and we used the language he crafted when defending our position.” BioZyme Incorporated has projected that with Dennis’ help they have saved an estimated USD $500,000.

They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
