Coop’s MicroCreamery was established in the spring of 2009, creating all-natural hot fudge. Since then Owner, Marc Cooper has expanded the product line to include: caramel, mocha, vegan hot fudge, as well as a hot cocoa mix. The Massachusetts Supplier has utilized Food Export programs and services since 2012, taking part in the Branded Program, participating in Buyers Missions, the Online Product Catalog, and the Food Export Helpline™.

Food Export’s Branded Program helps many companies, like Coop’s MicroCreamery, to afford a variety of international marketing activities. These activities include: international web site development, package and label modifications, advertising, in-store promotions and product demonstrations, and many others! This program is specialized for small companies and agricultural producer cooperatives to succeed in the exporting business.

Food Export uses funding from the Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products. As these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
