by Food Export | Mar 17, 2017
Fornazor International, Inc., an exporter of animal feed ingredients and other commodities, offers a wide variety of commodities and feed ingredients such as animal proteins, vegetable proteins, marine proteins, whole grains, forage grasses and equine feeds. Throughout the years Fornazor International has developed relationships with multiple first class feed and grain suppliers throughout North America, enabling their feed ingredients product line to grow as they continue to expand and develop.

This Hillsdale, New Jersey commodity trading company has also developed a relationship with Food Export over the past seven years. In 2010 Fornazor International started utilizing Food Export’s Market Access Program (MAP) funded Branded Program to alleviate some of the expenses of international marketing activities.

In 2016 Fornazor put a strong focus on the Middle East for their trade show growth strategy plan. Knowing they wanted to exhibit at trade shows in the United Arab Emirates, they knew the Branded Program would be a great way to curb some of the forecasted expenses.

This past January Fornazor was able to report that they have gained $50,000 in actual sales from the United Arab Emirates and $500,000 from Saudi Arabia this past year because of the assistance of Food Export’s Branded Programs funds.

Fornazor International, Inc. also utilizes Food Export’s Online Product Catalog, the Food Export Helpline™, the Export Advisor Program, webinars and attend Buyers Missions. Founded in 1985 Fornazor International, Inc. started as a small trading company, and offered a narrow range of feed ingredients for export. The group now offers a wide variety of products including Animal Feed Ingredients such as Animal Proteins, Marine Proteins and Vegetable Proteins, Finished Feeds, Aquaculture Feeds, Pet Food Ingredients, Alfalfa and Equine Feeds. In addition, they trade food items such as, but not limited to, fresh table eggs, Idaho potatoes, pizza sauce and beverages.

Food Export uses funding from the Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products; as these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
