Food Export Helpline™ Assists With Potato Chip Export

by Food Export | Nov 02, 2016
In April of 2015, Dieffenbach’s Potato Chips, Inc. dba One Potato Snacks, from Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania, of the 15th Congressional District, contacted Food Export’s Helpline for assistance in shipping product to Israel. Being unfamiliar with all of the rules and regulations to ship to Israel, Libby Ethridge, Sales Support Specialist with Dieffenbach’s, reached out to the Helpline™ with questions.

A month after her correspondence with Dennis Lynch, Food Export Helpline™ Counselor, Dieffenbach’s Potato Chips, Inc. made their first sale to Israel. Ethridge sent a post-sale note to Lynch stating, “I wanted to share with you that I have my first export customer from Israel! Thank you for your help in guiding me through the initial process.”

Dieffenbach’s is thrilled to have a new export market to add to their resume and they continue to send several containers to Israel throughout the year.

For over fifty years this Pennsylvania manufacture has been making crisp, delicious chips right here in the United States. Their One Potato Two Potato brand is known for their specialty kettle cooked potato chips, sweet potato chips and root vegetable medleys.  All items are non-GMO project verified, gluten free certified and OU kosher certified.Dieffenbach
