Spirited Success for Exports to Australia

1-2-3 Gluten Free, Inc., a baking mix supplier from Chagrin Falls, Ohio has expanded to exporting to Australia. After utilizing Food Export’s Food Show PLUS!™ services at the 2013 ANUGA Expo in Germany in October 2013, 1-2-3 Gluten Free, Inc. has started exporting to a new market.

Anuga is the world’s largest and most important food and beverage fair for new markets and target groups, for all the trends and themes and, above all, for first-rate contacts and business deals. While exhibiting at the show, Food Export’s Food Show PLUS!™ services helped 1-2-3 Gluten Free to report meeting over 60 new foreign Buyers during the event along with 4 new distributorships. Actual sales of $50,000 were also reported and $200,000 in estimated sales in the next 12-24 months was projected. These sales will increase 1-2-3 Gluten Free’s export sales over 20% of their annual sales for this market.

1-2-3 Gluten Free of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, offers retail and food service sizes of baking mixes. Some of the mixes are fortified, some are sugar-free and they have a complete line including cookie, brownie, pancakes, cake mixes, flour, etc.  All of 1-2-3 Gluten Free's products are GMO-free.
