Suppliers in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the U.S. have a long-standing reputation for producing products that are high-quality, safe, innovative, and reliable. Both have well-developed food processing industries and contain some of the world’s top food-producing areas. Food Export–Midwest and Food Export–Northeast have developed a diverse network of 19 In-Market Representatives (IMRs) located across the globe. These local, food industry experts provide on-the-ground assistance to implement our activities in their market. Our IMRs are ready to help your company in a variety of ways including making introductions to prequalified suppliers  and promoting U.S. products in your market.

Connect with U.S. Suppliers

There are a variety of services to connect you with Midwest and Northeast companies and introduce you to U.S. products. We pre-arrange meetings with suppliers at tradeshows in your country, or during Trade Missions that bring U.S. companies overseas.

You can also travel to the U.S. and participate in one of many yearly sponsored Buyers Missions which usually take place in conjunction with major tradeshows.

Anyone already importing U.S. food and agricultural products could be eligible to receive financial assistance for product promotion through our Branded Program. This program provides multiple opportunities for reimbursement on qualifying market-related
expenses, including:

  • Package and Label Modifications
  • International Tradeshows
  • Marketing and Promotional Materials
  • Public Relations and Seminars
  • And more!
