Educating Foreign Buyers In order to spread awareness of seafood products, Food Export-Northeast regularly holds technical seminars, provides educational materials, and places advertorials in leading trade publications around the globe.
On-Premise Promotions On behalf of the seafood industry, we conduct food service and retail promotions that support the introduction and expansion of Northeast U.S. fish and shellfish purchases by foreign buyers.
Culinary Education Food
Export-Northeast supports culinary demonstrations and competitions that generate chef interest in Northeast seafood products while providing them with hands-on experience. These events often get media coverage, drawing additional attention from chefs
and consumers in each market.
