Gulfood is the largest food and beverage (F&B) show in the Middle East. With over 5,000 exhibiting companies and visitors from 200 countries, Gulfood boasts a vast array of products that cater to various sectors of the F&B industry. As one of the world’s premier sourcing events, Gulfood propels valuable international trade partnerships, introduces the latest food innovations and informs key policies that guide global food commerce.

Please note the following important items:

  • Suppliers will have pre-arranged meetings with India and Africa buyers at the show.
  • There will be two venues used for the 2026 show. The sectors will be divided into the following:
    • Dubai Expo City: World Food and Pulse & Grain Sectors.
    • Dubai World Trade Center: Meat & Poultry, Seafood, Dairy, Beverage, Power Brands, Fats & Oils, Gulf Host.
  • Companies MUST exhibit within their sector. If a company’s products are more than 50% of these sectors, they must exhibit in that area of the show.
  • NO CONFECTIONERY products are to be displayed at Gulfood, either physically or within any stand or venue signage, branding, brochures, or graphics.
Meeting Foreign Buyers

Food Show PLUS! Services Provided (included)

  • Invitations: Stand out before the show even starts – qualified buyers will receive invitations including your profile, contact info, product details and booth number.
  • Introductions: Our In-Market Representative will direct or bring buyers to your booth, if possible.
  • Virtual Consultation with In-Market Representative prior to show: Get the opportunity to receive answers to pre-determined market-specific questions.
  • Welcome Package: Including market briefing
  • Lead Qualification: Our In-Market Representative will screen up to 3 buyers you met at the show and provide a report to help you determine if you want to pursue the lead*.
  • On-site show assistance by Food Export

Booth Pricing

All booth choices will have a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $2,000 at the time of registration.
