An overview of the features and benefits of the Branded Program portal.
Food Export is regularly updating their online resources to ensure a seamless user experience for suppliers. The online Portal was designed to be the one-stop shop for participants to manage their Branded Program application. In this instalment of the Branded Program series, we take a close look at the portal’s dashboard and outline all the tasks you can manage there.
How to access the Portal?
Step 1: To access the portal, go to my.foodexport.org and type in your login credentials.

Step 2: After logging in, you will be transported back to the homepage, where you can access the portal by clicking on the My Portal tab on the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Once you are in the general Food Export portal, access the Branded portal and dashboard by clicking on the Branded Program tab.

What is available on the dashboard?
The Branded Program is layered, but the portal’s dashboard aims to make all its moving parts accessible. The dashboard serves as a visual tool that consolidates and displays key information of the application and post-application process. With the dashboard, participants have the ability to:
