The Branded Portal

An overview of the features and benefits of the Branded Program portal.

Food Export is regularly updating their online resources to ensure a seamless user experience for suppliers. The online Portal was designed to be the one-stop shop for participants to manage their Branded Program application. In this instalment of the Branded Program series, we take a close look at the portal’s dashboard and outline all the tasks you can manage there.

How to access the Portal?

Step 1: To access the portal, go to my.foodexport.org and type in your login credentials.

Step 2: After logging in, you will be transported back to the homepage, where you can access the portal by clicking on the My Portal tab on the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Once you are in the general Food Export portal, access the Branded portal and dashboard by clicking on the Branded Program tab.

What is available on the dashboard?

The Branded Program is layered, but the portal’s dashboard aims to make all its moving parts accessible. The dashboard serves as a visual tool that consolidates and displays key information of the application and post-application process. With the dashboard, participants have the ability to:

  • Submit and review the Pre-Qualification
  • Submit and review the Application
  • Check on the status of their Application
  • Track the expenditure of approved funds
  • Have quick access to submitted Invoices and Reimbursements
  • Access handy resources: Exporter Manual, Eligible Expenses, and Travel Guide
  • Visualize a timeline of important dates
  • Visualize each step of the Branded Program process
  • Get a glimpse of the next upcoming program year

Why is using the Portal important?

Understanding and using the portal has many benefits:

  1. Making Informed Decisions: Dashboards provide a real-time snapshot of an application’s status and enable participants to respond to any issues along the way.
  1. Efficiency: Instead of going through endless email communications, notes, or reports, suppliers can review all the information about their application in one place, saving time and energy.
  1. Goal Tracking: Businesses can use the dashboard to track the progress of their marketing plans and align them with their business goals in real-time.
