When should claims be submitted for reimbursement?
As you know, Food Export can help your company enter new markets and provide funding assistance to promote your products abroad by providing 50% reimbursement for costs incurred to execute marketing and promotional activities.
When should claims be submitted for reimbursement?
The answer is easy: Your claims should be submitted as soon as you finish and pay for your marketing activity.
Food Export wants all claims submitted within 60 days of completion and payment of the activity. If claims are submitted more than 60 days after the activity and payment, Food Export reserves the right to deny the claims.
Reimbursement claims should be submitted through your company portal which can also be accessed on the homepage of the Food Export site or the Branded Program Resources page. Keep in mind that when you submit a claim, you will be prompted to submit backup documentation.
Do not wait, the sooner your claims are submitted, the sooner you will be reimbursed!
