Food Export–Midwest and Food Export–Northeast are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead how we communicate our value, grow engagement, and strengthen our presence across domestic and global markets.

This role blends strategy, leadership, and execution. You’ll guide an integrated marketing approach, steward our brand, and partner closely with senior leaders, program teams, and external partners to tell a clear, compelling story—one that helps U.S. food and agricultural companies succeed internationally.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead an integrated, omnichannel marketing and communications strategy
  • Own and protect the Food Export brand across digital, print, social, web, and events
  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and Liaison Manager to support growth initiatives
  • Oversee websites, digital campaigns, analytics, and KPIs
  • Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive public relations, media outreach, and crisis communications
  • Turn program results into impact stories for stakeholders and government partners
  • Contribute to the annual Unified Export Strategy (UES) submission
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Marketing staff

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a management role
  • Strong background in branding, digital marketing, content, PR, and analytics
  • Experience managing people, vendors, and complex projects
  • A collaborative, organized, and results-driven leadership style
