Dakota Speciality Enterprises Grows Exports to Southeast Asia

In 2017, Dakota Specialty Enterprises, Inc. dba Dakota Specialty Milling, Roman Meal, located in Fargo, North Dakota, utilized Food Export’s Food Show PLUS!™ to gain export sales to Singapore.

Because of the rapidly growing export market the North Dakota Supplier focused on expanding their exports to the region by exhibiting at the Vitafoods Asia Show in September, utilizing the Market Access Program (MAP) funded Food Show PLUS!™ program.

At the show, they found a new customer thanks to the Food Show PLUS!™ program – and they’ve already sold a container worth $20,000.  The supplier estimates that there may be an additional $100,000 worth of business from this new customer.
