Food Export Helpline™ Assists Dashfire in Market Entry Plan

by Food Export | Dec 14, 2017
In 2017, Dashfire LLC, based in Minnetonka, MN, contacted Food Export’s Helpline™ for assistance in determining favorable markets for Dashfire products. Being unfamiliar with the export market for their products, Dashfire reached out to the Helpline™ with questions.

After corresponding and speaking with Dennis Lynch, Food Export Helpline™ Counselor, Dashfire focused their sales and marketing efforts on the recommendations based from the data pulled by Dennis Lynch. This has resulted in Dashfire products now being sold in multiple European countries. Dashfire has increased their export sales by 31%.

Dashfire is thrilled to have the support of Food Export and they plan to continue to utilize the support and expertise offered by the Food Export organization.

Dashfire is a producer of cocktail bitters in the liquor and specialty food store markets. Started in 2012, Dashfire is focused on hand-crafting bitters featuring unique botanical blends. To learn more about Dashfire products visit their website at:

Food Export uses funding from the Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products. As these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
