Rosina Foods Gain Sales with Food Export's Rep Finder

by Food Export | Jun 15, 2017
Rosina Foods Products Inc., located in Buffalo, New York, in the 26th Congressional District, has continued to work and utilize services and programs provided by Food Export Northeast since 2000. This past March the company used Food Export’s Rep Finder to explore opportunities in Costa Rica. This allowed Rosina Food Products to have meetings with a select group of targeted importers. These meetings were a great success for the company as they were able to gain a sale of $100,000 of their assorted frozen products into Costa Rica.

In addition to using Rep Finder, Rosina Foods Products also participates in several other Food Export’s events and activities. In 2016, the company participated in the Caribbean & Central American Buyers Mission for Retail & Food Service Products and Food Export’s Online Product Catalog.

Rosina Food Products opened in 1963 as a small store front sausage business. Today the company is known for offering exceptional meatballs, gnocchi, raviolis, and many other products.

Food Export uses funding from the Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products. As these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
