New Export Success to UAE for New Jersey Supplier

In December 2016, Al Khayrat International Co., located in Piscataway, New Jersey, participated in Food Export’s Focused Trade Mission to Dubai for Retail and Food Service Products. This mission brought eight U.S. suppliers to Dubai to interact with the buyers.


Al Khayrat International Co., who has utilized Food Export programs since 2007, attended the mission to promote their American Food Service products to the buyers. By attending the Focused Trade Mission to Dubai for Retail and Food Service Products, the New Jersey Supplier was able to make over 10 new foreign contacts. According to Mohamed El Waylly, Al Khayrat International Co.’s founder, who worked in export for 30 years, said “It was a very successful mission. The result of one-on-one meeting was very effective. I got a client in UAE who became my agent distributor for my condiment line. My first sale was above $150,000 and it will be on a regular basis.”

Al Khayrat International Co. is an integrated Food Service Products exporting company, supplying condiments, oil, bakery ingredients, frozen whole chicken, chicken parts and processes products to customers worldwide. Al Khayrat products is a concept of production to meet the ever growing need of true Halal and health conscious consumers.

Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
