Export Success for New Jersey / Wisconsin Supplier

by Food Export | Aug 04, 2016
MCT Dairies, Inc., is a full-line dairy distributor and trading house established in 1983. They are headquartered in Millburn, New Jersey, with a manufacturing facility in Appleton, Wisconsin, and sales offices in Appleton, Onalaska, and Green Bay, Wisconsin. MCT Dairies is a leading supplier of cheese and dairy ingredients, including cheese, butter, butterfats, milk powder, and dried dairy proteins.

In July of 2016, representatives from MCT Dairies attended the Food Ingredients Buyers Mission at the IFT Show in Chicago, Illinois.  During this mission, Hoanglam Trading & Foods Technology Joint Stock Company (HolaFoods JSC), the buyer from Vietnam, purchased a trial order of parmesan cheese powder valued at $6,500.  Should the trial prove successful, there is a sales potential of one full load (19MT) per month.

This is a new customer for MCT Dairies in the Vietnam market.

Food Export uses funding from the Market Access Program (MAP) to help America’s small businesses increase their exports of food and agricultural products. As these exports increase, these small businesses are creating jobs and improving the strength and stability of our agricultural economy. Food Export-Midwest and Food mct-dairies-logoExport-Northeast are non-profit organizations that work in collaboration with their member state departments of agriculture and the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. They offer a wide range of programs and services that help boost America’s agricultural exports.
