Pereg Gourmet Reaches Canada With Food Export's Assistance

by Food Export | Jul 06, 2016
In March of 2015, Pereg Gourmet Company, a leading New York spice & grain manufacturer, participated in Food Export’s 2015 Natural Products Expo West Buyers Mission for the first time, and met a Canadian Broker; this meeting lead to an introduction, which later amounted to representation of Pereg’s products into Canada, and also to utilizing Food Export’s Branded Program funds to share a booth at the Canadian Health Food Association show in Vancouver with the Broker.

Brett Fuss, Export Representative at Pereg Gourmet Company, mentioned that, “The contact we made at Food Export's Buyers Mission was super excited about the product line, and handling our accounts all throughout Canada. In addition, the Broker was very helpful and made connections for us at the CHFA [Canadian Health Food Association] Show where we used Branded Program Funds.” Fuss also said “Dennis Lynch from the Food Export Helpline™ was also helpful this year with questions we had concerning other foreign country buyers.”
