Beverage Alcohol for Restaurants (BAR), located at the National Restaurant Association Show, will takes place in the Lakeside Center of McCormick Place. It is the only beverage alcohol trade event with vintner, distiller, and brewer tastings and demonstrations. Special Culinary Event

The Food Export Association of the Midwest USA will organize a culinary event for participants of this activity. One of your products will be incorporated into the menu for the evening. There, you will have the opportunity to continue discussions with the international buyers.

The event will take place Sunday, May 17th at the Chopping Block in the Merchandise Mart. The cost to participate in the culinary event is an additional $75, which includes participation for two company individuals and the inclusion of one of your products into the menu. 

Participation in the culinary event requires participation in the Buyers Mission.
