2016 Year End Wrap Up
Thank you for your participation! At this time we are requesting you begin submitting all items necessary to close out 2016. If you participated in an activity this year, please make sure you fill out both your initial and follow-up evaluations. Branded Program participants need to submit claims, amendments and fill out your evaluation.
Q: Why does Food Export need my company evaluation?
A: Market Access Program (MAP) funding is vital to our ability to offer programs and services at a low, affordable cost. We are even able to offer no-cost services such as Webinars and Food Export HelplineTM. We are only able to receive these funds if we can report back to the USDA, Foreign Agricultural Service the benefits being accrued through the use of MAP funds, as required by MAP regulations. Your evaluation provides that information.
Each year, hundreds of U.S. suppliers participate in Food Export-Midwest and Food Export-Northeast’s programs. As a result, companies are successful at generating new export sales, establishing new distributorships, expanding their production facilities, and hiring additional employees.
