Across more than 400 advisory and research engagements, Bill has executed programs to enable value creation, commercial due diligence, voice of the customer research and strategy, market sizing, and competitive intelligence for private equity sponsors, corporate strategy teams, and industry associations. Key areas of focus include agriculture, food and beverage, building and construction, specialty chemicals, and industrial B2B markets.
Other areas of expertise include buy-side and post-close commercial due diligence, bottom-up TAM/SAM/SOM market modeling, consumer insights and segmentation, and channel, end-customer, and lost-prospect research. His work spans a roughly 60/40 B2B-to-B2C engagement mix and is built on primary fieldwork with hard-to-reach decision-makers — not desk research dressed up as fieldwork — helping clients see markets the way operators see them.
