Job Description

Assisting in the administration of the Branded Program
  • Responsible for review and initial approval of reimbursement submissions
  • Follows up with participants on any outstanding Branded receivables
  • Prepares weekly and monthly statistical reports
  • Assists with collection and review of program evaluations and success stories
  • Guide participants to utilize Branded technology resources and navigation of our website
  • Provides back‐up outreach assistance during the application phase and recruitment of high‐allocator participants
Assisting in the administration of the International Marketing (Generic) Program
  • Provides support for annual, seasonal, monthly and daily/ongoing Generic tasks
  • Assists with report data compilation, Unified Export Strategy application support, activity coordinator notification process and tracking
  • Monitors evaluation data tracking and collection support; state member meeting expense review, activity set‐ up in the database, in store‐promotion assistance
  • Prepares monthly mailing preparation, spending report tracking assistance, compilation of trip reports, webinar activity set‐up
  • Reviews and prepares invoice/expense report reviews, procedure development, tracking of trade leads, trade contacts, trade servicing reports and invoices, and back‐up support for the trade lead program
  • Compiles materials and assists with preparations necessary for implementing International Marketing Program activities
  • Undertakes special projects that may assigned


  • A 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience (highly preferred):
  • Experience in international business, marketing administration, accounting, finance, international trade, business analytics or related field is highly preferred.
Core Competencies:
  • This position requires considerable attention to detail, accuracy and extremely strong organizational skills and initiatives. Knowledge and understanding of analytics, non‐profit grant writing, and/or accounting and accounting procedures; an understanding of private sector business practices is important. Demonstrated capacity to capture data, analyze, and make appropriate recommendations is a plus. Strong interpersonal communication and interaction skills in person and on the telephone. Ability to compose general business‐level correspondence. Type 50 words per minute. Ability to interact favorably with other staff, government and industry officials. Requires at least one year’s experience with current versions of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment. This position requires light duty physical work, conducting general office duties, participation in trade shows, and market promotions, Requirements include carrying multiple files and printed materials.
